Bio
I am one of three third generation, Nielsen family members currently in management of our family business, founded in 1907. I'm a 1994 graduate of Gettysburg College with a degree in business management and focus on our operations as well as retail and foodservice sales. In my work, I enjoy working with retail store owners, chefs and educating people on vanilla and flavorings. Personally I'm a BBQ fanatic and compete each year in the Lake Bluff Ribfest, a local community rib compeition.
